I love this house! I just wish they would have picked a white paint colour that was a bit warmer so it didn’t look quite so sterile….it really would have made a world of difference.

Fabulous! I went to the site several times when the house was under construction. I got the opportunity to ask Goldcon to take over my project in West Vancouver, due to my bad experience with the previous builder. it was not easy to take over a project that was 50% complete for most contractors who seldom have that kind of experience. Karim and Kav are very efficient and professional to organize everything, especially to connect all the previous subcontractors back to finish the remaining work.

Wait till you see the car lift we install in that garage!

I love watching house tours but this is so poorly edited that before you can appreciate any of the elements they cut to another room!

It would be crazy to buy this house and wake up to use the bathroom and see a random white woman walking around drinking Zinfandel. Lol
